Before you can make an online booking, you must have registered your details and created an account

How to register and create your account

1. Select register, this will take you to the CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT page

2. Specify a User name to use when you log on to your account. This will need to be a minimum of six characters

3. Specify and confirm your email address. This will replace any email address that we hold for you

4. Specify your Date of Birth

5. Specify your membership card number. This is the eight digit number found on the back of your membership card.

6. Choose a Security question

7. Specify your Security question answer

8. Select register

9. If your registration is successful, you will receive an activation email

10. Select the activation link in your email

11. You will be taken to the ACCOUNT ACTIVATION page

12. Your User name will already be populated

13. Answer the Security question

14. Specify and confirm your Password

15. Select activate

16. Your account is now active and you can start to make online bookings

How to make an online booking

1. You can book either a Class, Event or Course

2. From within the Search panel, select either Courses, Classes /Event

3. Select a Site at which the activity take place. All language courses are set to White City

4. Select the activity you wish to book

5. Select the Date for your chosen Activity or Class

6. Select the From time

7. Select the To time

8. Select the Duration of your chosen Activity or Class

9. Select search

10. Add your activity or class to your basket by selecting the corresponding basket icon.

11. Add your activity to your basket by selecting the corresponding icon

13. Read and accept our Terms and Conditions and select checkout

14. Select Confirm booking

15. To print a copy of your booking confirmation, select Print receipt

Frequently asked questions

1. I have forgotten the password to my member login area on the website.

If you have forgotten your password to the member login area of the website you will need to reset it here. Click on Log On, forgotten password, enter your user name and email address and we will send you a reactivation link. Once you have reset your password return to the main website by clicking on at the top of the page.

2. I can select the activity or class that I want, but why isn't the time that I want listed?

If your preferred time is not listed in your search results, then your chosen activity or class is unavailable for that time.

3. Can I see the bookings that I have made?

Yes, select Account History and you will be able to see all of your bookings.

4. Is there a limit to the number of bookings that I can make?

You can make up to 24 online bookings in any 8 day period.

5. Why am I seeing 'Anonymous Non-member' when I try to book?

You cannot enrol on a course or session more than once. If you are already enrolled you are prompted to enter details of another person.

Non-member bookings

1. How do I look at my booking confirmation once I've closed my browser?

Please ensure you print your booking confirmation before closing your browser. Once you close your browser you will not be able to access your confirmation. Booking confirmations are not emailed to non-members.
